Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Participant

Up to 72 hours before the workshop: Full refund will be issued.
Between 72 to 24 hours before the workshop: 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 24 hours before the workshop or no-show: No refund will be provided.

2. Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend at no extra cost. Please inform us at least 12 hours before the event with the new participant’s details.

3. Cancellations by Organizer

In the rare event that Aekey Artist has to cancel or reschedule the workshop (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to attend another upcoming session of their choice.
